The first nose is reminiscent of pippin apple and almond scents, dominated by tropical fruits with orange, kumquat, peach, pineapple and passion fruit. Breathing calmly, the champagne reveals notes of quince, honey, candied white and yellow fruits, liquorice with clay mineral accents, smoky and humus with a hint of
